One-of-one upcycled utility skirt handmade from a thrifted chair cover. Includes large pockets on the front and back. Waist is adjustable with a stretchy white cord and metal cord fastener. Adjustable to size: can fit XS, S, or M. *Model is 5'8 and tpyically wears a 4/6 in bottoms
