How is Yvonne and Mitchel sustainable?

100% of the fabrics we use for our upcycled designs are used and purchased secondhand. Almost all of our shipping materials are upcycled, too! We source everything we use for our business from local thrift stores, antique shops, estate sales, and creative reuse centers. This allows us to create clothing and ship it to you with extremely minimal waste and no harm to the environment!

Where are your products made?

Everything we sell is handmade in our home studio by Jared, the co-founder and designer for Yvonne and Mitchel.

When do products get restocked?

Accepted Answer

All of our upcycled designs are made out of vintage and used materials, which are extremely limited and vary in quantity. Because of this, every garment we make is 1 of 1 and cannot be restocked. If you see a product of ours that you love and it isn’t available, we may be able to make you a custom design that’s similar. Click here to submit an inquiry for a custom order.

What happens after I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Immediately after you place an order on our website, you'll receive an order confirmation to the email address you submitted with your order.

Your order will be shipped 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Once it's sent, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to check on the status of it.

We recommend checking your spam folder if you don't see theses emails in your primary inbox.  If you still can't find them, please reach out to us at yvonneandmitchel@gmail.com

Where is my order?

Accepted Answer

Your order will be shipped 3-5 business days after it is placed. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and delivery details. We recommend checking your spam folder if you don't see the email in your primary inbox.

The United States Postal Service is the mail carrier we use for domestic and international packages. Domestic orders can take up to a week to be delivered after the package is shipped. International shipping requires a longer process and can take up to 14-21 days for delivery depending on your location.
